N-1 AUTO use Couriers Please or Australia Post for our shipping.

Items will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment is received unless stated.

N-1 AUTO does not currently offer ' pick up' service from our warehouse.

There will be a 2 to 12 weeks delay for special orders (items not in stock).

All items are checked prior to shipping.

Delivery to P.O Boxes is unavailable.

For postcodes that do not generate a shipping cost on our website, please email us for a shipping quote

A discount may apply on shipping if purchasing two or more items, please email us prior to check out.

We do not shipped internationally.

N-1 AUTO will only accept returns if your item is damaged or faulty on delivery.

We will not provide a refund or exchange on an item if you:

• simply change your mind
• are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the instructions, or modifying or misusing the item 
• were aware the item was damaged prior to purchasing it

You must email N-1 AUTO within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be given a Return Authorisation (RA) number that you will need prior to sending your item back to us.

For N-1 AUTO to accept any return or exchange items, you must:

• clearly print your Return Authorisation (RA) number on the packaging 
• re-package the item in the original packaging provided by N-1 AUTO
  
• include any parts originally shipped with your item, such as, bolts, nuts, etc 
• include a photo copy of your invoice 
• return your item using any method available. However, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked or include insurance to avoid lost packages 
• returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorisation (RA) number will be sent back to the customer

Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone to let you know the status of your item.

All authorized returns (RA) will be subject to 15% on restocking fees.

Sorry, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
