Once you have placed an online or other type of order with N-1 Auto Accessories, you have entered in a contract to purchase and depending on the availability of your order your credit card will be charged immediately.

Parts and wheels not in stock are considered "special orders" item.

All "special orders" parts including wheels are considered final. No refund or exchange will be allow.

In the event of a damaged or lost package, you will be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier to take care of the issue. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the shipping carrier (please make sure that you keep all packing materials and boxes when filing an insurance claim... as this plays a vital role in the decision of the shipping carrier to approve your claim).

N-1 Auto Accessories will not be held liable for any damaged or lost shipments.

N-1 Auto Accessories required 100% payment on all "special orders" (items not in stock).

Wheels price quoted are with current exchange rate to US dollars and valid for 7 days unless stated.

Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by email for immediate attention.

There will be a 2 to 12 weeks delay for "special orders" (items not in stock).

N-1 Auto Accesories will not be responsible for any delay that may occur during transit by shipping carrier.

All authorized returns (RA) will be subject to 15% on restocking fees

N-1 Auto Accessories do not offer any warranty on the products we sell. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy only.

N-1 Auto Accessories engages in selling after-market items and you are to acknowledge the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle.

N-1 Auto Accessories shall not be held accountable for any legal fees or such in selling an item to you.

N-1 Auto Accessories shall not be held responsible or accountable for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts or the use thereof or for any fines that may be imposed by you for the use or installation of such parts.

When purchasing our items, you acknowledge that items sold by N-1 Auto Accessories may not comply with local, state or federal laws. N-1 Auto Accessories will not be held legally accountable for any court actions incurred by you.

N-1 Auto Accessories will not be held, liable or responsible for any installations, misuse of products or any defects/loss due to installation, or any damages or injuries incurred by you.

All items sold though N-1 Auto Accessories are intended for race and off road use only unless clearly stated.

N-1 Auto Accessories recommend your item to be installed and set up by professional.
